Hi, I'm Angela and I'm the owner/operator of Playful Paws Pet Sitting. I've been an animal lover since I can remember! Growing up we had many animals in our house. We loved and cared for cats, dogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice and the occasional snake (brought in by me). From afar I loved horses too!

Prior to starting my own pet sitting business I lived and breathed the corporate life. For several years I was in the Human Resources field and eventually became an HR Manager of a small high-tech start-up company back East. During that time I became reacquainted with my passion – working with animals. I loved animals, especially horses; however my college days and the corporate life led me down a different path. I worked part-time as a horse groom on the weekends…it was like wearing an old hat! I eventually worked with horses full-time until my husband and I relocated to Arizona.

All my life people were telling me to work with animals. I vividly remember a conversation with a friend encouraging me to start my own animal business. She told me I had a gift and I needed to use it. I finally listened to her and to myself and started Playful Paws Pet Sitting Service!
